USE OF ART

  • I will use the art as an example and post it on my social medias, if you don't want to, let me know in advance.

  • Only the owner can use the art (or who is allowed)

  • Artwork is for personal use only; no commercial use allowed.

  • You may not profit from artwork, sell prints or products, etc.

  • You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in a non-commercial digital format, but you may not alter the artwork itself.

  • You may make trinkets/t-shirts/prints/business cards/postcards with the artwork you purchased, as long as it's for personal use.

  • You can send your commission to social media as long as you give me credit for the work.

PAYMENTS

  • All payments must be in USD via Paypal( i accept PIX or Pic Pay for brazilians ). I will send an invoice.

  • Payment is made in advance.

  • You can request a refund if I haven't finished the commission yet.

  • I only refund 50%, if I have already started the art.

  • In case I am unable to finish the commission, I will communicate and give the total refund.

ORDERING A COMMISSION

  • It can take from one day to two months to finalize a commission, it all depends on the complexity of the design and the number of people who commissioned me, as well as some unforeseen events.

  • If you ask me for a commission with the intention of giving someone a gift, the request must be made up to one month in advance.

  • If you're not sure what you want, give me a brief description of the character.

  • Reference images are always welcome.

  • The more you specify what you want and the more information you give me, the better I can fulfill your request!

  • When the commission is finalized the image will be sent by email for better quality.

  • The images are saved in JPG, but I can make them available in other formats.

  • In custom designs or references, if you want the images separated and with a transparent background, please let me know before I start.

  • Editable files are kept for up to one month, so if you identify any errors, the buyer has that period after delivery to ask for edits.

  • If you lose the original image, don't hesitate to ask me, I can often still have the image saved.
